How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive about 1–2 weeks after you order. We confirm and place your order with our supplier within 1–2 business days, and their US warehouse usually delivers 2–10 days after that (a few items take up to about 3 weeks). Each product page shows its own estimate. Shipping policy
Where do orders ship from?
From independent suppliers' warehouses in the United States. Voltpine is a dropshipping store, so we don't hold stock ourselves. How Voltpine works
What does shipping cost?
Free on US orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99. The cart shows how close you are to free shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only, and not to APO/FPO for now.
Is my card charged right away?
No. At checkout your card is only authorized (held). We charge it when we confirm your order, usually within 1–2 business days. If we can't fill the order, the hold is released and you're not charged.
What's your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; you pay return shipping. Damaged, faulty or wrong items: email a photo within 30 days and we'll offer a replacement or refund. Returns are arranged by email. Returns & refunds
Are these name-brand products?
Mostly no. We sell unbranded and small-brand gear. We never sell counterfeits, and notes like 'works with MagSafe' or 'for Garmin' describe compatibility only.
Where do the reviews come from?
Only from Voltpine buyers, tied to a real order (one review per item per order). We never write, buy or edit reviews, and we don't copy ratings from other stores. A product with no reviews yet just says so.
What does "Staff pick" mean?
Products we chose ourselves as good picks in their category. It isn't based on sales numbers.
How do price drop alerts work?
Leave your email on the home page or a product page and we'll email you when prices drop. You can unsubscribe anytime. Privacy policy
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number once the supplier ships. If you haven't heard from us within a few business days of ordering, email voltpine+support@mail.tab.bot.
What payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.
