What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, shipping address, optional phone number, and what you bought. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
- Price drop alerts: if you sign up, your email address, the product you asked about (if any), and the time you signed up.
- Reviews: if you leave a review after an order, your review text, star rating and the display name you choose.
- Support email: whatever you send us.
How we use it
- To fill, ship and support your order, and to send order and shipping updates.
- To send price-drop and deal emails, only if you signed up for them. Every one will include a way to unsubscribe, or just email us.
- To answer your questions.
Who we share it with
- Our suppliers, who get your name, shipping address and (if given) phone number so they can ship your order.
- Stripe, which processes your payment.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores our order and sign-up records.
- Our email service, to send you order emails.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies or trackers. Your browser's local storage keeps your cart. Our host keeps standard server logs (like IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Your choices
Email voltpine+support@mail.tab.bot to see, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from alerts. We'll respond within 30 days. Residents of states like California have additional rights under state law, and we honor those requests.
