Overview
These terms apply when you use this site or order from Voltpine. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
How orders work
Voltpine is a dropshipping store: products are bought from independent suppliers and shipped by them from US warehouses. When you check out, your card is authorized (held). Your order is accepted when we charge the card and place it with the supplier. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent). If we do, the hold is released or you're refunded in full.
Products and prices
We describe products using the supplier's listing and specs. Photos come from the supplier and the item you receive may look slightly different. Most products are unbranded or small-brand items; compatibility notes (like "for iPhone") don't mean the product is made or endorsed by that brand. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Drones and cameras
You're responsible for using drones and cameras legally, including FAA registration and rules, and local privacy and recording laws.
Warranties
Beyond our return policy and any warranty the law requires, products are sold "as is." Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
