Where we ship
US addresses only (the 50 states). We can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the US yet.

How long it takes
Voltpine is a dropshipping store: your order ships from an independent supplier's warehouse in the United States, not from our own stock. Here's the timeline:
- We confirm your order (1–2 business days). At checkout your card is only authorized (held). We review the order, charge the card, and place it with the supplier. If we can't fill it, the hold is released and you aren't charged.
- The supplier ships it. For most items the supplier's own estimate is 2–10 days from their US warehouse to your door. A few items quote up to about 3 weeks.
Most orders arrive about 1–2 weeks after you order. Each product page shows an estimate for that item, based on the supplier's latest delivery quote. These are estimates, not guarantees: carriers, holidays and weather can add time.
Tracking
When the supplier gives us a tracking number, we email it to you. Carriers vary by supplier.
Late, lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks, or tracking says delivered but you can't find it, email voltpine+support@mail.tab.bot with your order number. We'll check with the supplier and the carrier and work it out with you: a reship or a refund once the loss is confirmed. If something arrives damaged, see returns & refunds.
